Does it cost money to register an account?
  • Registration with UnitedDeluxe is of course free of charge and offers nothing but advantages.
How can I register?
  • click on the account icon at the top right of the home page
  • On the login page at the bottom right you will find the "Register now" button
  • enter your first and last name, your e-mail address and your desired password
  • accept our terms and conditions and solve the "Captcha"
How can I change or renew my password?
  • You can enter and save your new password in your account under the menu item"Change password".
How can I delete my customer account?
If you would like to delete your account, you can contact our customer service directly.
Simply send an e-mail to support@uniteddeluxe.com
However, for legal reasons, we have to store some data, such as invoices, in our system for a certain period of time.

Order

Do I have to create an account to order?
No. Of course you can also order from us without a customer account.
How can I place an order?
  • Place all the products you want in the shopping cart.
  • Check your order again.
  • Enter your billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address.
  • We offer several payment options.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
  • Your products will be sent to you immediately.
What happens after my order has been placed?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email listing the items you have ordered, your billing and delivery address and the payment option you have selected. Finally, your purchase will be delivered to you and we hope you enjoy your new items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply initiate the returns process.

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can choose between the following payment options:

Why was a credit card payment declined?
A credit card payment may be declined for various reasons. For example, a typing error, an invalid card, a lack of verification or a technical error on our website.
Where is the CVC on my credit card?
The three-digit security code can be found on the back of the card.
When and how will I receive my invoice?
You will receive an invoice by e-mail immediately after all your ordered items have been dispatched.
Can I use the name of my company on the invoice?
We do not offer the option of registering a business customer account.
Will I receive a confirmation after payment?
If you have selected PayPal or credit card as your payment method, the order will only be completed once the payment process has been successfully completed. As soon as the entire process has been completed, a payment confirmation is immediately displayed in your browser.

We deliver to all countries within the EU

How long is the shipping time?
We usually deliver the items within 3-5 working days.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over 90€.

Why is my order being delivered in parts?
If your order contains several items from different categories such as clothing, shoes or accessories, your order will probably be delivered in parts from different warehouses. Our warehouses are located in Sweden, Italy, Germany and Austria.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail with a link to the tracking page where you can track the status of your parcel. Please also check your SPAM folder.
How can I check whether I have placed my order correctly?
If you want to check whether your order has been placed correctly, you can see this in the order confirmation we send you by e-mail. Your orders are also listed in your customer account and can be found under "Orders". If you have any further questions about your order, you can contact our customer service team at any time using our contact form at aboutyou.com/h/contact. We will be happy to help you.
What can I do if I receive a damaged item?
If an item delivered by us does not meet your expectations in any way, you can return it within 14 days. You can find all relevant information on returns under "How can I return an item?". As soon as we have received and checked the package, we will refund the order value.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
You are also welcome to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address.
Can I change my delivery address after completing an order?
We hope you understand that we cannot change your delivery address for an order that has already been completed. As orders are processed immediately, we cannot guarantee a timely change of information. In the event that your registered delivery address cannot be found or your parcel cannot be delivered, the parcel will be returned to us. After the parcel has been returned and checked, the respective credit will be transferred via the selected payment method.

How does the returns portal work?
1.Enter your order number and the e-mail address you provided when placing your order.
2.Choose the reason for the return
3.Choose your preferred return method
4. After confirmation by email, you can print the return label
How much time do I have to return items?
You have 14 days from receipt of the products to return the order.
To which address should I send the return package?
The return address is already printed on the return label.
Will I receive a confirmation e-mail when my return package has arrived?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us as soon as we have received your return package
How long does it take to receive the refund?
As soon as the return package has arrived and has been checked by us, we will initiate the refund process within 14 days via the respective payment method.
Is it possible to replace the returned item directly?
A direct exchange of the returned item is unfortunately not possible. We will refund the order value using the same payment method you used to pay for the order as soon as we have received and checked the package.
What can I do if my item has been damaged during the shipping process?
If you have received the goods and notice that they have arrived damaged, you can enter this as the reason for return in the returns portal. It is important that pictures of the damage are uploaded there so that we can process the process better.
Alternatively, you can also send us an e-mail in the event of damage and attach the pictures as a file.

How will I be reimbursed?
The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose for the purchase. In the case of a card payment, we will refund the amount to your card account. If you pay by PayPal, the refund will be made to your PayPal account.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

If you don't want to miss any current offers, subscribe to our free newsletter. Simply enter your e-mail address in the "Subscribe to newsletter" section at the bottom of the page. We will then immediately send you an e-mail asking you to confirm your newsletter subscription.

How often will I receive the newsletter?

Our newsletter is published at irregular intervals. Usually at a time when there is news from the fashion world or a special offer; for example, a sale, a voucher promotion, etc.

Why am I not receiving a newsletter even though I have subscribed to it?

As soon as you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an activation link. Successful registration is only complete when you click on the link. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, do not forget to check your junk or spam folder. You can also add Newsletter@aboutyou.com to your address book. If you still haven't received the newsletter, please contact us so we can find out what's going on.

Coupons & Vouchers

How do I redeem my voucher?

Simply enter your voucher code in the "Voucher code" field when paying. The total amount of your order will then be immediately reduced by the value of your voucher.

My voucher code is not working. What is wrong?

There may be several reasons why your voucher code does not work:1. the voucher has already been redeemed; therefore the funds are exhausted.2. the voucher was linked to a specific customer account.3. the voucher is linked to a specific minimum and/or maximum order value.4. the voucher cannot be used for all brands. If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact form at aboutyou.com/h/contact. Please do not forget to enter the voucher code.

Can I have the voucher value paid out in cash?

Can I redeem my voucher for an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to process vouchers retrospectively, as this is not technically possible. If you have forgotten to redeem a voucher, it will remain valid and can be redeemed with your next order at ABOUT YOU.
